@ladyafans is a year old!

The twitter account is a year old and what a great year it has been. A big thank you to all of our followers, we hope you keep liking what we do!
Now a word from each of us about what the experience has been for us-

Steph
We've been around a year?! Wow. It amazes me how such a simple idea, turned into something I never really expected it to turn into. I was just goofing around one day when the idea hit me and I knew I couldn't do it alone so asked the two people I trust most and adore, Denise and Mandy. Thankfully they were game. I couldn't have asked for better staff/friends. I think that's what makes us work together well, we respect each other and we are friends, plain and simple as that. They work so hard and are so dedicated to this "project".

It's been great to have so many different ideas and opportunities float around, with FAN imput. That's the one goal I always had with this twitter and blog. To have fellow fans participate and work on various things with us (ie. the fan card and video card). It's just so cool to have seen all these ideas come to light with just a spark of in site from others.

There have been many highlights this past year that I can't even condense my thoughts (trust me, they are all over the place!).

Thank you so much to our followers and to Lady a for inspiring us to do what we do!

Denise
When Steph told me that she had an idea to start a fan twitter for Lady A and asked me if I wanted to help with it, I didn't even have to hesitate before saying yes! It sounded like something fun to do since I was already getting addicted to twitter and I love Lady A. I didn't think it would get to be as big as it is. I remember thinking it was awesome when we hit 100 followers and now we are almost at 3700 followers! There's been a lot of exciting moments during the year like when Lady A started following us, and then even tweeted to us. But the most memorable thing to date is Operation Surprise. Getting letters and pictures from so many people was great to make the scrapbook as good as it was. And then of course to be able to give it to them at the fan club party and to see their reaction was priceless.


Mandy

It's hard to believe it's been a year since this started and it has flown by. Thank you all for helping us grow and spreading the word when we were a small twitter. Lady A truly has some of the most amazing fans and thank you for taking part in whatever we have done. Like Denise Operation Surprise was the most memorable thing to date and to see their reactions. We hope you guys continue to follow us as we bring you all the news and chart updates as their careers grow. Denise and Steph I couldn't ask for two better people to work with on this twitter and blog. I love you both and it was good to both meet you this year.
